Thursday, June 1, Before the MS Challenge Walk - Day Zero

Day Zero – Thursday, June 1, 2006

4:00 – 8:00 p.m. Check-In at Pfeiffer University, Misenheimer, NC
4:00 p.m. Bus loading in Charlotte at finish site
4:30 p.m. Bus departs for Pfeiffer University
6:00 – 9:00 p.m. Orientation and Safety Meetings, Pfeiffer University, Misenheimer, NC

Please plan on being at Pfeiffer University, Misenheimer Campus, no later than 6:00 pm.

Friday, June 2, Opening Ceremony

There will be a brief Opening Ceremony on Friday, June 2 at 7:00 a.m. After the ceremony, you will line up for the First Step – the launch of the MS Challenge Walk. You may want to invite friends and family to watch your departure, and share in your excitement, and the anticipation of the journey to come. If you have guests who would like to watch the First Step they are welcome to watch from the viewing area.
 

Sunday, June 4, Victory March!

8:00 a.m. Walk begins
12:30 p.m. All walkers to the Pre-Finish
12:45 p.m. Victory March begins
1: 15 p.m. Closing Ceremonies
 

Pledges can be sent directly to the NMSS Lockbox. Please be sure to include your name/MSC on the memo portion of each check and a MS Challenge Walk Deposit Slip.
